Successful catering, for meetings and functions, requires forward planning, flexible resources and experience in preparing menus that satisfy a wide range of dietary and cultural preferences. Catering orders need to be booked and confirmed 72 business hours (3) working days in advance of your function date. We will endeavour to assist with late requests, but please be aware that alternative products may need to be substituted. These options will be discussed with you at the time of booking.
